Really??? I thought it would have made a greater impact. Cadenza's passive analyzes magic so she's familiar with magal-entropy as well as the physics of both magical power and regular energy, in addition to conversions. Both my kids have magic based on the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle as well as Shroedinger's Cat, so a bit of quantum theory on a macro scale. Incorporating physics as stylistic limitations into magic definitely makes it feel more concrete to me, so I appreciate when it's done. Thank you for doing so!

Was Cadenza's Autovampirism spell heavily based off of Shroedinger's Cat? *u* It feels like a non-linear combination of states in which a person could be hurt/transferring the potential of pain to different parts of the system, but I'm not entirely sure ;u;

Yes! The timedelay for autovamp is very minorly based on shroedinger's cat. It also calls for the application of entropy, in that the wounds will always be more severe, whether the location of the wound is placed elsewhere or it's temporarily healed. But it's actually more heavily hinged on the Law of Conservation Matter and the Law of Conservation Energy in that it's an application of equivalent exchange transcending normal physical transactions, better known in the magic realm as 'deals,' 'trades' and 'contracts.' Imperfect efficiency dictates that energy in, in practice, is always greater than energy out so the equivalent exchange of two parties will always involve an entropy/facilitation tax from both sides.
