aaaa first actual pokemon OC.. but definitely not the last XD

Her name was originally Nevada, and she was completely different looking bUT THINGS HAPPENED I just love how crazy idea I got and I decided to do it anyway ( talking about that raincoat xD )

bUT BUT YEAH! The raincoat is optional, and her fur is same as her tail, little stripes here and there :3c

Name: Harmi ( well it can't be translated pretty well but it's something like worry, nuisance etc. )
Species: Vaporeon ( shiny)

Personality: Harmi is really really shy and anxiety ridden little vaporeon. She has social anxiety and she is really insecure about everything she does. She's orphan and she got her whistle from her mom before she died. She usually wears her raincoat because ironically, she doesn't like getting wet, but she loves the rain anyways! She can be really longing and sad looking most of the time. Also, when she doesn't want to speak ( if she's in too stressful situation ) she blows in her whistle instead of yelling.

Other: She lives in pokemon go universum and she's in team mystic.
