I've been a fan of WTNV for over a month now and I just can't get over how fun it is to draw Cecil and everyone!Not to mention, Cecil's adoration for Carlos is simply adorable.
I have about 5 different ideas of what Cecil looks like in my head, so this is one of them.

Headcanon: They play the radio on the PA system in the lab and all of the scientists laugh at Carlos about Cecil.
