Very well rendered face. I especially like that it's drawn in one of the more realist anime styles.
That said, Dio, Allister, Tatiana, Vincent, and the Anatoray vanships are about the only good things in the new series. Sad, because they were all part of the original series. I can't muster a single good comment about the new content in any form. It's just...ick.

Yeah... I'm not keeping up with the episodes like I should because it just doesn't feel like Last Exile. The characters from the previous series are the only thing that makes it feel remotely related to the Last Exile universe. I really miss Claus and Lavie.
