I stg I redesign Storm every time I draw him, but hopefully this will be the last time

So, I'm really proud of how this turned out! I normally don't use the line-art tool to draw on its own, but I was kind of going for that 'animation friendly' look inspiration. I think I'm finally happy with his colours, bc I really wasn't vibing with that pure white and bright blue for the scales. I took some inspiration from peregrine falcons for this redesign!
