Yeah. Most anime girls almost always have a specific hair color for their hair. Say, Hatsune Miku. Her hair is cyan. (It's hilarious to me how people get her hair mixed up with blue and green) and Teto Kasane. Her hair is a lightish pink but also a hotish pink. Nicki Minaj can pull off both of those colors. ><~
