It's about time I uploaded this D:I'm not pleased with it either.. I tried out my Adobe Photoshop CS4 and that's mostly how it came out. The lines aren't that good.. but everything else is :3 Had to fix a few errors with Paint.NET since CS4 left some white areas in view -.-
Photoshopped on October the 25th.
Edit: The picture file was too big when full viewed so I made it small.

Yeah, I don't think CS4 doesn't like my drawings XD It was way better when I had a trail of Adobe Photoshop 7 =/ The lines looked so better in that version D:
