This is a project I've been working on for a few months now - I actually made this lame artwork back in July, lmfao. I ended up revamping some OCs and creating a couple others to make a set of 9 main characters. They are the 9 referenced in the title, and Oxstoria is the main setting for the story.

In the country of Magionia, mages (despite being considered a minority) have been at odds with each other for many, many years. This has caused the human majority to find mages dangerous, leading to a new law change where mages must earn the 'license' to be able to tap into their magical abilities. Until then, their powers are kept sealed to prevent them from being a threat to society. This is where Oxstoria University comes into the picture. Oxstoria University is set up in a special town where mages can learn how to use their powers, understand how their magic works, the history behind it, and of course, to lead themselves into a career where their magical abilities will be a benefit to society.
These nine students are among the many students who are going to Oxstoria University in its year of opening. Each mage has an element they are naturally aligned with from birth, making each student come under an elemental category: Aer (Air), Aqua (Water), Ignis (Fire) and Terra (Earth). Not only that, but each mage has hereditary powers that are passed down to them by their parents and so on. When one signs up to Oxstoria University, they will take on a new title that reflects their special ability. Every student is unique, but they're all attending with their own personal agendas.
This is no ordinary story set in the fields of education. These students may think they're in for a simple year of honing their abilities, but they're in for so, so much more.
