just some quick refs of the main characters of my new original story thing i wanna turn into a historical drama comic called 'The Thread of Spirits' -

I'd like to do a comic for this, so here's some base information. Characters with ??? next to them are characters in need of designing and developing. If you would like to design a character, first you have to message me privately about which character/s you are interested in designing (you can think of them as shared OCs with me that get utilised in the story). I'd prefer if we were mutually watching each other and have interacted a bit in the past.
btw I revamped some of my other original OCs as characters for this, seeing as I'm starting to really love the historical setting.
THE SETTING

The story is set in early 1900s, London. This is part of the Edwardian era, where London was seen as the centre of the world, the great city of opportunity. Many of the characters are in the working to middle class, with many major characters students of the University of London, with the female students studyi

not gonna say much except this took longer than i anticipated, boo. and Artair/Kaori is one of my new OTPs even though their backstory ends up quite tragic af. o well. artaori yeeeeehhhh//kicked

also here's the reference for Kaori's skirt pattern beneath the flowers: just a basic lace.

btw Artair is probs gonna have that jacket off most of the time, and will wear a hat from time to time... but I like his messy red hair, so I don't want it to be covered up too much. o3o
and yeh i have a thing for freckles i'm so fucking basic shhhhhh -- i wish the men's fashion back then had more colour but unfortunately no. boo. That's even more reason I don't wanna shield Artair's hair and eyes much.
