Description
This is a HUGE tutorial. I've been working on perfecting light glow on digital art a la the new Tron movie.It's a relatively simple trick with layers and blending modes, unlike old Tron movie style which deals with a lot more involved familiarity with your particular art program and tricks involving selection of channels.

I will eventually be doing another tutorial for the old school Tron outfit glows, but that's a bit more advanced and involved to do.
