not so bad for the first time.
but not that good for a pro photographer.
girl on the background, looking down with a face hidden by a microphone, shouldn't have been present together with the main object.
the singing girl is OK, but another one in the background spoils good impression of the pic.
you should have waited a bit until the singing girl would step aside, or move aside yourself...

I think it's very nice for the situation. Shows are difficults to shoot, even if you got a super camera. I'm waiting to see your technics on pictures !

Makinanız bir harika ama konser fotoğrafı, makinanızın performansında değil.Biraz fazla noise var ve netlik de kayıp . Ama bu ilk diyorsanız o zaman güzel
