I made this for the achievement theme in theI'm not trying to get the feature with this. I just wanted to make another ridiculous poster for the theme again.
I used Adobe Illustrator to make this. I used the pen, pathfinder, and shape tools. There are also some gradients, blurs, and transparencies. Some of the twinkle and glowing were added later in Photoshop, but not all of them. Except for my URL at the bottom, the fonts are all Univers. I like how Univers has so many different sizes to play with.
Pokemon is (c) Nintendo. This is my fan art.

Already learned it. In fact, that move led me to learn Moonlight. ^^
In the beginning, I had a heck of a lot of trouble learning the move, as I kept going too fast, thinking that it's supposed to be impossible to evade, when it's really more about control so it's impossible to escape. My Jolteon father, Kaminarikin, taught me that, and showed me how to do it correctly. ^^
