"That's Papyrus!"So I’m playing through Undertale again after hearing about the patch, to see what’s true about all the rumors going around. Of course I made sure my old save file, where everyone’s happy, is untouched and started a new one.
I just got into Waterfall after fighting/dating Papyrus, and I just had to make a quick drawing of that amazing skeleton. <3
This playthrough also made me realize how much Papyrus actually use puns. I've been calling him in every new room I've gone into and even backtracked back to the doors of the Ruins to see what he would say, and he has dropped several puns already. i'm pretty sure the thing about asriel disappearing from the end of the pacifist run when you go back to the beginning was confirmed false or something from Toby

I've heard two things about that: either it's a bug that make him disappear, or it happens after a second True Pacifist. I will check anyway after I have gotten the True ending since I will be walking through all the rooms because I want to check all dialogues from Papyrus and Undyne. But so far, two things I've heard about the new patch seem to be false.

Heh, do it! Even if I have already played through the game and it's a little disappointing to find out most of the stuff about the patch isn't true, it's still nice to see everyone again and to play a good game. But I actually hope the thing about the drawing and "don't forget" is true. I haven't had much time to play Undertale lately so I have only gotten into Hotland by now but it's not far until I can check if it's true or not. I have a bad feeling it won't be, though.

Well, yeah, no matter if it's there or not we can't say for sure who these three people are, but I just want to check if it's there at all. If it's there, it is up to ourselves to interpret who it's talking about until we can get anymore information. I, like many others, think it's a picture of Sans, Paps, and Gaster.
But a small part of me wonders if the people are people we know since the text I've seen about that drawing states nothing about if we recognize these people or not. Of course it could be because the drawing was poorly made like it said according to those "screenshots". It was just a thought I had. *shrug* Still quite certain that the drawing would be about the brothers and Gaster. No matter what the drawing is about, it certainly must be of importance to Sans. If it now exists at all.

to be honest, a theory i've seen going around is that Gaster had two other Wing Ding speakers, cause theres 3 kinds of wingdings fonts, these two people could also be the two in the part where he asks 'what do you two think?'
idk i kinda like that theory, and it's true that they could just be characters we haven't met in game, that's a hole that we've got to figure out if that's how it is or not

Hm, I haven't heard of that theory before. Quite interesting. Though I have heard a theory about Gaster actually being made of two people: Wing Ding and Aster - since his name is basically two fonts. I don't think that's true though. I think that theory you said sounds much more likely. As long as those two aren't also named Wing Ding, because that would be a little strange. I have seen people who headcannon that skeletons are able to speak in different fonts and understand different fonts but not everyone else does. Though they don't say anything about if they think Wing Ding language can be learned or not.
But yeah, it would be interesting if there was more people we had yet to learn about. It would be kind of funny if one of them happened to be named Web Ding then. Heh, perhaps Gaster had a twin named Web Ding. And like... s/he might have gotten jealous of Gaster being such a brilliant and successful scientist and might be the reason Gaster was erased from existence together with his followers. S/he might have gotten erased as well in the 'accident'. Just a random thought.

Possibly. There's also this about Gaster's followers, who might have been erased with Gaster in the accident. We don't really know what happened at the accident or which creation Gaster fell into. I have seen theories going around that the machine in Sans' workshop could possibly be the creation they speak of, but it could just as possibly be the CORE.
We just need another font name similar to wing dings and web dings, though I don't know anymore than those two. Would be cool of they were triplets. xD

By the way, I recently came across an interesting thing a few days ago. Supposedly, to find the "don't forget"-drawing you need to come across a certain NPC during the pacifist run. This NPC can be found in Waterfall if your "fun" value is between two certain numbers (I think it had to be between 80 and 90, though I'm not certain) but I haven't tried it out myself. Have you heard anything about this?
