My Halloween theme for my house this year is "Zombie Quarantine Zone." I'm making signs for display here and there, along with lots of fake barbed wire, Biohazard symbols, alarm lights, body parts, and of course, zombies. Feel free to borrow and post at will as long as you aren't making money from it. Organize Before They Rise!Resources used:

These are great! I expect to see some of them at Ravenwood Castle (in southern Ohio) in November. They're doing two "Ravenwood's Night of the Living Dead" adventure weekends. Half the guests will be zombies, and half human. There's a murder to solve and clues to find, plus a zombie outbreak to survive. The humans will need to recover the remains of a fresh zombie meal since there's a toxin in their saliva that needs to be studied. Since these zombies only feed at night and the castle is on a hilltop surrounded by forest . . . it will be a hair-raising experence!

I like it. I think I have to agree with the crowd- the yellow version is more OBNOXIOUS and OFFICIALLY SCARY-LOOKING. If I had an office, I think I would put a copy of this on the door.

Yep, I realized that government warning signs are never aesthetically pleasing. It's all about LOOK AT ME NOW, not "ooh, isn't that a pretty sign."

I've never been in the "fill my yard with crap" school of Halloween decorating. I like to use a few key props and rely on lighting and sound for atmosphere. Should be fun.
