this is too cute, i adore her face and lips! I always have such a hard time drawing such simple things and you did it so well 
the hair is just gorgeous, i love how it gives the character more movement, rather than it just falling down straight.
The lacey bits all around her leg and hair are rather interesting too x3. I love this
