Okay so I REALLY wanted to wait until I coloured this, but I was eager to share Sisslio's new look. His name is now Sarlo and has been for quite some time. Some of you know this. :DI need a better title. Coloured version should be along in the next couple days!

Gorgeous. Really, it is truly gorgeous.
I can still remember many, many years ago when I first stumbled upon your series back on Neo. Ahhh, good times back then.
Sarlo is adorable, in a manly sort of way. It's nice to see that you've managed to give them more mature appearances and designs that are all your own. I like how, deep down, I can still see the Zafara he was initially designed as (probably because of so long spent gawking at your amazing writing and stunning artwork).

It's definitely interesting seeing these characters go through changes as you adapt them to more mature figures. Sisslio (or Sarlo) certainly looks much more fierce and Windstorm-like compared to his earlier images. Still has that fuzzy charm, though. c:

Thanks, that's what I'm going for! I adore these characters and their story to pieces, but it's only now that I'm starting to feel like I have the capacity to do them justice. :D

Well as a fan I always thought you did a great job displaying their characters. Your style has just grown and matured to make them look even better. I also find it incredible just how much dobhars resemble Zafaras. You can get relatively the same image from a more mature subject.

Just curious - is his tail shorter now, or is that a little work in perspective? I don't want to give Tyrin a too-long tail, haha. xD
