Description
Here is one of the Illustrations i made for a cover story about Tintin at a comic magazine in Iran.I had an idea of representing Tintin ( known as a classic character ) into a modern and more up-to-date style, and my brother came up with this Idea of Re-creating the MI2 Poster and replacing Tintin as Tom Cruise. I gave it a go and here is the result. Personally, I really like this illustration and having a good time working on it. Comments are welcome.

Whew ! I'm a big fan of Tintin and this picture is a perfect tribute to it. You manage to keep the original simplyness of the characters while making them in a modern way. So cool !

WHOA, you called me by my first name! (everyone thinks my name is 'Henni' with a 'i'.~)
Yeah, I'm totally gonna draw on my own. What I meant, was that I had a picture of TinTin doing this kinda of pose, looking this badass and Milou right there next to him in my head. But when I saw you had already drawn a similiar picture of him doing that, I thought "DARN, now I can't draw him doing that... This looks reeaally badass btw."
So I didn't mean anything bad or anything, I was just thinking out
loud. <3
And srsly, I can't stop looking at this, Tintin looks to freakin' great for his own good.

Amazing! I think he looks totally badass here. I believe this idea was a very wise choice to draw. Updating Tintin to modern society must be handled terribly carefully and you got it just right! This is just too awesome.
