Hm. This looks ALOT like Bellatrix from Ginga densetsu weed: Orion..I know this is a year old, but a Japanese manga artist actually created Bellatrix. Not sure if the commisoner got you confused if it was their character or not. Good art tho!

The character reminded me of Bellatrix too, but I am not judging my commissioners' characters. Ginga fans have made a lot of characters who sometimes look more or less like the already existing characters of the Ginga world, and so without further questioning I decided to accept this character.
