Note that these changes apply after Ray reaches certain ages, for example, she gets her wings perk when she's 12 but transmog between ages of 14 and 15.

She can be drawn in any of her forms, either pre-perk, pre-transmog or after both, given that her age (and also age of her rider) are kept in mind.

Her items (headpiece and necklace) are mostly ceremonial, used in shows and such.
