Hello, I see you are looking for feedback, basically I agree with what the others have said.

Values are so important, looking at the background the lightsource is in the front.

More highlights on the face and hair, a little darker (hair) in back.

Overall this is pretty good, those things will add depth and help you as far as leveling up.

Learning and leveling up is a never ending journey, most important thing is to have fun,

Even when the background looks blurred, looks pretty amazing with the details on the leafs and all the flora.

I love the different kind of colors the flora has, gives a good feeling of nature and the shades are in their point.

About the girl, even if this is a WIP, very good way of painting hair and the skin, I hope the final result will be as stunning as this already is <3
