Strict wins. They are evenly matched in tactics and they both know how to fight both with weapons and hand to hand, but Strict would more than likely beat M Bison due to the fact of their enemies. M Bison may be fighting the Street Fighter series but Strict is fighting wave after wave of robots that could easily overpower M Bison due to sheer numbers. Now of course most of the time Strict has his team with him but he can hold his own if he has to. Sorry Bison but you should stay with fighting people that don't tower over you.
