na época eu tinha 16 anos, tava no auge da nerdice teen, essa série marcou minha juventude !!! Até porque foi um presente aos fans, era tudo o que a gente sempre imaginou mas eles nunca tiveram coragem de fazer, deviam repetir .

Eu era novo também na época, tinha 15 anos.

O que eu achei mais legal nisso tudo foi o fato dos leitores escolherem quem ganhava as batalhas (mesmo que tenha sido só o público americano).

E a idéia da Amalgam Comics foi genial mesmo

This is Spiderboy, from Amalgam Comics Universe... it's a "mixed" character, merging Superboy and Spider-man. He was created in the first DC x Marvel Crossover

Alternate reality. Specifically, the DC and Marvel multiverses were temporarily combined, leading to Super-Soldier (Captain America and Superman), Dark Claw (Batman and Wolverine), and the little-known Spider-Boy, a mix of Spider-Man and Superboy. And truth be told, their personalities combined perfectly. Verah hard to tell whether or not he was saying something in a manner similar to Superboy or Spider-Man. The costume is definitely very strongly grounded in Superboy territory with Spider-Man touches thrown in, but power-wise and villain-wise? Taken from Spider-Man.

Or at least, BASED on Spider-Man. He could wall-crawl, shoot webs from a gun, jump high, and had limited super-strength. However, everything but the webbing came from an inherent ability of tactile gravity-manipulation. Kinda similar to Roxy from Gen-13 in that respect...
