Commissioned by , a suggestion, don't go around bothering angel girls, you might get into trouble, specially the type of angel girl that might have countermeasures in case you try to absorve her powers, such as turning you into a copy of her instead... Well... I guess things could have been worse >3>Does this count as Twinning too?

I guess the only disadvantage is that we'd have to adapt the world for winged people, things such as beds, planes, chairs and even doors, fair trade imo.

I think it depends on three things: can you lay on your back with them, how delicate (or sturdy) they are, and how much you can move (i.e. fold) them.
I do not think we will need to adapt beds and doors. In first case, you either already can lean on your back, either can just sleep on your belly; in second case you most likely can fold them (like butterfly), or you can walk the door sideways. Confined spaces (like planes), however, will be a problem, and I believe that most troubles here will come from various forms of personal protection - like hazmat suits and military armour.
There is also important thing to consider: do these people also get angelic temper, or they still prone to bad behaviour? Many of our security measures based on the idea that people are bound to the ground (a simple wall is a good example of this) and if bad people suddenly gain option to easily bypass such measures... It will require changes, much more drastic than these for chairs or planes.

If such bad people arose, or "bad angels" I'd say, you'd also need an angelic police, since if an angel murdered someone it'd be much easier to dispose of a body.
I guess the best possible option would be wings that you could summon whenever you pleased.

I agree that this option will be the best - although I wish to point out that this would be something like shapeshifting ability (actually, it's reminded me of my WoW druid's bird form), and it will have much more fun appications than just сhanging the wings
