So yeah, the TG already started, but don't worry, I'll go for a slow TG in this story, just think about it this way : One day you wake up to find out you have female genitalia, and as the days go by the rest of your body begins to change as well.This take I'm using on the transformation might be unusual to start with, but I think you'll enjoy it as the story develops, since I'll try to make the characters act natural to the events.
Oh, and isn't it funny? Poor Charlie looking for his dick... Alright, it isn't exactly funny, if I woke up to find out my genitalia was missing I'd be horrified :V

I didn't bring it up, the idea though would be that things are half formed, the character isn't actually 100% female in the comic currently since she hasn't had her period yet. So there's still a bit of work left internally speaking.
