Another flashback scene, now from a time closer to the present, which is why I picked a specific palette for it, but as you can notice the most noticeable element of these memories are the eyes of the important characters.
Do you think Vale looked good with short hair?

Yes, I wanted to go with a (mostly) full body of her laying in her bed, her hair being so long already might mean trouble in the morning though, it is usually then when she finds her hair has grown super long.

I laughed out loud when I thought of that one because it's been an in-joke around here that I once had a lengthy hospital stay and when I got up to go to the bathroom one time, I tripped on the power cord for my IV pole and fell. I spent the rest of that stay on "Falling Precautions", which meant I had both of the rails up on my bed, and a seat-belt on and wasn't allowed to even try to get up without nursing assistance. I made them pay for that one by nearly wearing out my call button.
Anyway, around our house now, if anyone ever trips on anything, everyone yells "Falling Precautions! Falling Precautions!". Especially if it's me of course. We have 4 dim-bulb cats, two overly-interested-in-what-you're-doing (dim-bulb) dogs, and a fairly cluttered house, so it happens a lot more often than you might think.

Your fall wasn't serious I imagine? The times I've been to the hospital they tend to make a big deal of any possibility of injury, it's reasonable since it's their job, but it gets kinda annoying.
