Description I honestly think it looked better BEFORE I colored it.

I was just browsing through my files, and found the line art for my recent "Lady Au Pare" pic, and thought it was pretty interesting just how different it looked before I colored it.

It didn't help that I was forced to work with a far smaller image size than I normally use when coloring. I love the lineart, but the colored one makes me sad.

Although I like both, I definitely prefer the line art pic, it's classier and cleaner. I do like the background on the colored version.

hmm...I definitely prefer the lineart, mostly because you loose your wonderful line weight the way you colored it. Maybe you should try combining the two, like instead of coloring over the lines you put them on a separate layer above the colors.

Very pretty. I like both equal for different reasons. The line one has a lot of eyecatching details and the painted one is very nice with a shading. ^_^

Certainly more details in the before pic.

Not sure which one's better, but I think it looked great before color
