Oh, he looks so well. Another an unearthly male figure. As for me, you can only create a men.
I was a little surprised by the colors. The Aztecs cherished rather more colorful tones, especially as a warriors, but you made him such a dark one, which is probably even more interesting as an original idea. However, you have preserved the detail with the addition of a bird, which is already clearly associated to that culture.

Sure, it can be tiring, but I recommend trying to get to the challenge at all costs. You have to remember that we learn from our mistakes. And really, until we make a mistake, we will not go through a certain stage, after which we will learn to paint better. The most important thing is to master the principles the basic of paintings. It's downhill later. For details like creating a high realistic pattern, you can always use ready made texture. If you need some tips, write to me on priv, I will be happy to help.

yehh the basics hahah it is so hard to focus on one thing for long.. i need to find a way to keep me motivated doing and really studing things
awww you are to kind... when i work on a bigger project i will def come to your offer ^^
right now i just need to get me motivated drawing.. it often happen when i make something i like.. than the next few paintings i do i hate.. :S
dunno why seems like my energy was just for this one painting lol
