I was in the mood to design but also to draw art of my characters that need love, soooooI found an old traditional sketch of Felicity's ( toyhou.se/1714679.felicity-bla…) final form as a hyrbdized Charizard, so I did a sketch over that for lines since I'm too tired to do lineart rn XD
