I SPENT SO LONG ON HIS COLORS JUST TO END UP GOING ALL BLUE WITH SOME WHITE IM GONNA DIE but i did really want to just make a character whos markings werent a pain to draw so like... bhegh oh well
he looks like a cross between a digimon and a moogle im jfhgkjdghsdgsdg

this is Aether!! he's a benevolent magical critter who only wants to love u and be ur friend!!

he's just a lil guy so he's not very magically powerful on his own. he actually uses a lot of it just to be able to fly with his tiny wings. he does have the ability to teleport though the longer the distance he travels, the more energy it expends. after really tiring teleports aether can do nothing be rest and eat/drink to regain energy

but he can channel magic through things such as gems, crystals and some other objects with strong magical energy. with this channeled magic he can use various abilities like elemental breath, healing, shapeshifting, etc (depending on what he's holding and the magi energy it contains!) unfortunately he loses the power once he isn't holding the object.

he happens to REALLY love gems and crystals, and kinda hoards them. he's always more than happen to share though, and gives his precious stones to others as gifts all the time!
he also loves food! and can eat...quite an impressive amount of it without gaining any weight. he won't eat meat but loves most other things, even vegetables! his least favorite is pickles and other very odorous foods
he is very prone to hardcore post-eating drowsiness though and will sleep for a long time if he eats too much!

in his spare time, when not collecting stones, he sometimes will deliver mail and packages -- like a carrier pigeon but much faster! this gives him the opportunity to fly over a lot of places and see new things!
