FINALLY A MUCH NEEDED NEW REF FOR MAPLE!!!
seriously the most recent ref i had of her is like... more than a year ago ?!

i actually drew this when i had no internet a bit ago but hesitated to post it because i wasn't sure if i wanted to put on refs for clothes on it??? but i decided to keep them separate and link the when i need to for now and link it here when i'm actually finished with it :'3c (maple doesn't have a lot of outfits besides alternate shirts because she's like me and only ever wears tshirts and jeans and hoodies lmfao
you might notice that she isn't wearing her trademark snk hoodie in this ref but she still wears it a lot and i'll probably still draw her with it sometimes!

and hopefully this style will stick ahh.... i fear that im not gonna be able to draw in it consistently (especially with legs)

NAME: Maple

SPECIES: Maine Coon/Domestic Shorthair Cat

GENDER: Female

ORIENTATION: Grey-aromantic Asexual (in relationship with Asher )

PERSONALITY: a HUGE FUCKING NERD, dorky, bubbly, generally positive attitude, friendly, sociable, very respectful, energetic, humorous, easily distracted, excitable, rambles a lot, loud when with those she's comfortable around, clumsy

LIKES: Weeb stuff, playing video games, being with friends, frozen yogurt/ice cream, amusement parks, paranormal related stuff (but is also scared of it), upbeat music, spring and fall, vibrantly colored things, cute things, collecting stuffed animals

DISLIKES: Being alone in the dark, being abandoned, heights, the deep ocean, dangerous bugs, missing out on fun stuff, sitting around all day (at least not alone), cold/hot weather, obscene music

OTHER:
- She can talk a mile a minute, especially when excited.
- Her body fur is like a domestic shorthair's but her tail fur's length is that of a Maine Coon's.
- Her feral version is a bit smaller than a Maine Coon. Her anthro version is 4'11.
- Sometimes she has trouble hearing what people say to her, so she often will ask "What was that?" or "Ahh, sorry, I didn't hear that!"
- She doesn't need to always wear her neckerchief in her anthro form. It doesn't always match her outfit so.. yeah.
- It's easy to tell if she's not feeling well by the way she moves and talks.
- She sits on her tail sometimes because she is clumsy. She gets mad at herself whenever it happens.
