So yeah I'm actually really really really nervous about posting this bc it's fanart for a fanfic that hasn't been updated since 2015 and I don't want this to come off as annoying ; www ;

I LIIIVEEEE

Uhh I was suddenly dragged back into the Hetalia fandom by accidentally stumbling across a bunch of character songs on YouTube, soooo of course, I ended up re-reading a bunch of fanfic too... and here we are with this art!

Ages ago in 2010, the wonderful published 'Behind the Mask' and I ended up finding it again now, all the way in 2019! wew long time I feel old I started reading for USUK, but I ended up loving the OC's so much and I wanna draw them all and akjdhgkajsfgs;jojds;k;a Honestly I wanna draw a whole comic for this fic but aaaaa that might be insensitive

But yeah, I just wanna express my appreciation for this fanfic's existence by drawing some art ; w ; even though it came out ages ago haha It's either on a long hiatus or has been discontinued , but that's fine because I don't think fanfic authors owe anyone anything, I'm just glad to have read what's been written in the first place ^^ Plus, I have many a discontinued fanfics :'))

Uuh and as a little explanation for what's happening in this picture (if you've read the fanfic, you'll probably get it):

- There's older England who we see at the beginning of the story
- And younger England who we follow throughout the rest of the story
- The shards are the memories he's slowly getting back
- There's a thornless rose, a UK flag and USA flag and finally wings (though it's a bit hard to see them)

I kinda made it into a book cover too??
