Description
I drew this in a rainy day, I had been pretty sad since I can't see my crush any more.It was about a faceless monster in Japanese culture called Mu-onna. She takes after a monster whose horn can cure all the illness in the world and also bring life back to a dead person. They live together deep in the sea so that no one can harm the monster to take his horn.
I actually want to write a story about them but... I will do it later...

This is a gorgeous painting And a beautiful myth to it. Do indeed write a story, it sounds like it'd be something nice to read

Thank you
I'm still thinking about write a story about this couple (or maybe draw a manga about them if I can ). But I may just write the story in my mother tongue - Vietnamese since my English is quite poor and I dont believe that I can write it perfectly in English. And also, I need to study more about Japanese culture since the story will take place in the Sengoku period.
Well, it still a uncompleted plan.

Why does she remind me of Inuyasha´s mother from the beginning of Inuyasha series?
But still, it´s beautiful!

Her design was actually from the monster who pretend to be Inuyasha's mother called Mu-onna.
When I sketched this, I was trying to draw a mermain and a sea monster but then I can't draw the mermain face... for some reasons. The ideas just came and I thought: Why I just dont draw her face anymore?
And that is how this artwork born

I love the fact that she has no face. It reminds me of rumiko takahashis art when she was still a little more into gore and japanese folklore. Looks really cool ^^

Thanks!!!!
Acutally I was planned to draw a mermaid with the sea monster (I still dunno what I should call him yet) but then I cant draw her face for some reasons. After that, I remembered to a yokai in Inuyasha manga and thought: Hmmm, why don't I just not draw her face? .
The idea just came out like that and I think it is more meaningful to put Mu-onna on it.
Btw, I also love Rumiko Takahashi's manga too :3 especially the 1/2 Ranma and Inuyasha. They both make my childhood!
