lol.. usually people claim that their pic look better on picture.... 'cause.. they alwayz say their scanner's crappy or something... so... dont' worry about it.. maybe.. it's your scanner..??

Nah.. I don't think it's the scanner.. and I don't think my scanned images look bad. There's just a lot to be said for the one you can view under natural light.. in real surroundings. It gives the image different feel. Any mistakes I make.. are visible in both versions.. so that's all I can attribute it to.
