Yes, not naturally but formed her. She was first a robot, then made into mobian

Well yes, she was a unfinished mobian project, kinda like Shadow in the beginning stages like just skeleton
Then Mephiles took that form and re-enforced the bone with metal and completed her (robotically)
Then when Mephiles wasn't satisfied with the stale robotic being, with his power and luck he made her Mobian, with luckly a stable soul
And sadily no, i have a basic design of her as a robot but it is VERY OLD

YEAH, an original background for a character!!!!! I've seen some bios that are EXACTLY like Shadow's.
My mobian, Shala, was created by Meph, too. Meph was trying to make a Shadow clone that would only obey him. He went to ARK, found General Robotnick's journal and what was left of Black Doom power. Then he started to create another Shadow. But there wasn't enough of Black Doom's power to create a whole Shadow, so Meph added some of his own power to complete the structure. However, that messed up some chemical reactions and proportions and it turned the Shadow clone into a FEMALE black hedgehog with PURPLE stripes.

well Emily was actually suppose to be Shadow's mate in hopeful idea to create a line of ultimate life forms..
but she wasn't completed

A line of ultimate life forms, that sounds cool!!! I made Shala and Shadow like each other, but they wouldn't/ couldn't have children so they could focus on saving the Earth and stuff.

^^ I've never had a full on conversation about Shala's history with anyone before. I'm currently changing her look, because I stole her hair, shirt, and gloves from somebody, stole the skirt from somebody else, and took the boots from Amy than slapped a belt on them. She was my first character of anything and I did that a while ago, so I didn't know any better. Changing it before I get banned.
