I don`t have premium membership, but I thought I give you a critique. First thing I must say is:

Good job! You did a pretty good job on shadow, but I noticed some things:

Anatomy: The thing I noticed immediately his right arm (our left) is a little off. The fore arm is good, it's the right length, and the angle is right. However, the bit between the shoulder and the elbow is really short. We can see the teeniest bit of it, and leads to the impression that it is short, since the elbow ends at the chest fluff.

Other arm needs work too. we'd see a bit of shoulder on his body before his arm droops behind him. Where his should should be seems to curve into his chest. The fact that it's behind him is weird too. If he's collapsed into his pool of misery (which is what I've assumed happened) he would have to have fallen at a strange angle for his arm to do that. His chest is facing towards us, which would mean his arm fell there as well.

Head is good. Not much to say there, except for the ears are a little off. They seem to be twisted a bit. Nose also seems to be pointing straight up. From this angle we'd see mostly the front of his nose.

Torso and waste is good. They look limp and natural. Legs (especially the one in the back), however, seem to dissolve into the floor. His thigh is a bit short, too.


Technique: Your line art looks good, but your colouring leaves something to be desired. It looks like you drew and coloured on the same layer. Though you can get away with that with a really, really thing brush, I recommend you draw your line art, then colour on a layer just beneath it.

Effect: Amazing! The lettering is quite effective, and the blood looks good too. You might want to try shading shadow just a little more. You've given the impression that he's in a dark room, and I think you should emphasize that a bit. The light patch behind him looks really good, you've got this part down really well!

Rating:

Three and a half since you made a few mistakes on anatomy, the colouring needs practice, and lots of people draw suffering shadow. It's an old idea. You've done it quite well, but it is nevertheless a used idea.
