You moved the blue and white very nicely, it pulls the focus together. nice photo Meral, and nicely framed as well. I like the shadow of the tree a small taste of nature of course.

How unfortunate that they're going to demolish that space. I quite like the cozy buildings and the way they are nestled against one another, in that ascending fashion. Gives the area character.

That grey covering those lovely building makes me think of "the Nothing". They were once living breathing things, full of life, now the decay is consuming them.
The sky above is full of life & promise.

Because they're gonna demolish this neighborhood and instead they're gonna build ugly cement and glass creatures, my dear Patricia

I know how you feel.As child I lived in a city in a lovely old Victorian house.Last year I thought I would go to see it...and my old school which was nearby.I looked on Google maps for the best way to get there. What a shock I had.Nothing left that was old .The area was completely full of winding modern streets full of tiny modern houses.I still feel like crying !!!

This happens in our country a lot. They erase our individual and social memory.

I think it's terrible!!....
We had a beautiful river going alongside our shopping area and they covered it over with more shops,So now it is an underground river that nobody sees,,How terrible is that!!!I guess more countries are the same too!!!
