Well, Shoobydooby , surely you know Alia is one of the top navigators for the Maverick Hunters for a reason. She is just as big as a threat as the hunters she guides on the field. The elite hunters (and in this case, navigators) are most often sent during major threats and catastrophes. Think of SWAT in your world. The easiest way to avoid it is to fly under the radar and not cause mass destruction.
