OK this has been happening more and more but people trying to send me invoices for commissions on art I want to get done keep coming up as this and what the hell PayPal what did I do to piss you off this time?

So far I can send people money but I can't send more than 50 to $30 at a time and yes it is in that amount depending on the person.

But for those who rely on invoices I can't do business with them. Not directly anyways. So whatever's going on at PayPal this is affecting me badly but if you've seen this watch out.
