Appearance:
Circe has unnaturally paleish purple skin and long pink hair, she also has heterochromic eyes; one purple; one red. She has various forms, although her original is slender and short she does enjoy taking other forms every now and then such as a bat. Circe has multiple tattoos over her torso, her more prominent tattoos are an eye on the back of her neck, a moonstone on the top of her foot and a small pair of angel wings on her right butt cheek.
Circe uses various outfits and jewlery though her most usual is a loose tank top, a large black cardigan, grey shorts, and shredded black toeless stockings. She wears multiple crystal necklaces and an anklet with rhodochrosite charms. Her hair is usually loose and has multiple braids adorned with gems.
Personality:
Circe is known for her laidback and somewhat flirtatious nature, she is a bit of a man eater herself although she has a particular taste for demon men. Despite her mostly uncaring attitude, Circe can be very serious when necessary. She also has a reputation in limbo among the demons, considering she frequently goes there quite a bit to gather ingredients for her potions and serums, and can be a bit of a sadist.

She doesn't really meet Dante or Vergil until Vergil gets information about some "all knowing" demon that may or may not know how to take Mundus down. Of course the information is inaccurate considering she isn't as all knowing as the sources claim her to be and she doesn't know anything in particular about Mundus other than what they already know.

However she has plenty of dirt on others which can be troubling due to her neutral status, although she does have a particular bias towards Dante. Not in a " Oh I love him we're gonna get married" way but in a "Damn bitch that ass is nice and you're p cool so I like you better than most people " kind of way
