Personality:
Finnian is often described as being two faced, appearing to be an idiotic fool that gets overly excited and touchy feely when in reality he’s quite the sadist and is inquisitive to the point where he enjoys dissecting others emotionally and psychologically. A lot of Pomefiore first years and second years fear him so much because his actions aren’t a result of him having a bad day or feeling off. His two faced nature is purely deliberate and unavoidable, and anything could make his more sadistic nature surface.
The only Pomefiore students immune to this facet of Finnian are Vil, Rook, and Epel. Vil because Finnian respects his dorm head and Rook because he’s Like That™ and gives Finnian the creeps.
When it comes to those he likes, his sadistic side is mellowed out and he ‘picks them apart’ in teasing ways rather than trying to out right be cruel. He is especially fond of Alice and Epel, therefore his sadist tendencies are non-existent when it comes to them. However he is quite handsy when it comes to Alice, and finds her anger and violent outbursts against him to be amusing.

Trivia:
Finnian is a fox beastman and has three tails.
His talent and the reason it’s not perfect, is a reference to a Kitsune’s ability to shapeshift and their difficulty in hiding their tail.
The only reason he eats his meat blue rare is because Vil forbade him from just eating bloody raw meat.
He doesn’t see the humor in him, someone who is undoubtedly creepy, finding Rook creepy. Anyone who calls him out is subject to his sadism.
Likes to threaten to eat firsties if they don’t follow the rules because he finds it hilarious. Riddle has ‘offed his head’ because of this numerous times.
His last name means “Pilfer”.
In his eyes ‘Shiny’ means interesting, and extends to people.
He has the habit of picking Pomefiore firsties up by the necks of their uniform and carrying them away much like a mother carrying her kits.
No one knows what his Unique Magic is, both because Finnian doesn't use it a lot and because he's secretive about it.
