The neck seems a little too small to support her head and her hips are still not really there yet. She needs more curves....

Personally.. i feel.. the skin tone is definately within your grasp...hmm.. but i do feel that the hair seems kinda flat wor ( for the back part).. another than that.. maybe the hip can be bigger? hoo! haha that will be perfect figure.. almost like a pear shape? keke..
