The concept for this reminds me a lot of the game Okami. Combat using a caligraphy brush. Very nice work!

the thing that he summon out..should it be brush thing also ?? coz u make it abit like robot thing..so maybe look abit no nature~ then background u can find a chinese mountain then use ur brush to touch up.. ( >w< just my comments..you can let me know ur comments too )

what is the secret/ ways to make the calligraphy brush stroke looks more like real calligraphy brush stoke??

There are some custom brushes in Painter that do the job very well, but my Painter is frequently corrupting my files so i try to mimic the brush strokes with Photoshop's Hard Round Brush, Opacity and Flow set to 100% 
Try to vary the sizes of your strokes and use references!
