this may sound weird but the first thing that came to mind was a woman with over size breast, then the volcano erupting in the back ground then looking down death and despair

i don't think you know this but the grim-reaper is in this pic with his horse and a bunch oh dead people, i not sure if you meant to put them in but they are there

in the bottom middle there is death looking to the right holding on to something, maybe looking around a broken down house looking for lost souls, in the right bottom you can see a house or his horse who is facing left who seem like he is tied to something
and to the left bottom could be dead people, not sure if i made that out right
the lady right boob could be that sun
it's possible that there is a huge fire going on in the village
