HIGH RESOLUTION TEXTUREΒ
...made with my own resources plus some wonderful bokehs by ~ooc-sdz , also known as =Sirius-sdz β₯
TWO SIMPLE RULES:

I hate to break up this "petting" but I have a question...
Where was this? It appears that a platter was "glued/plastered" into the wall. Plaster over concrete?

In fact, it seemed to be that kind of blackΒ caoutchouc that's used during the process of building a street/sideway. Here's the photo (a little contrasted): sta.sh/0sjok3vo925
My guess is that some vehicle tire actually melted there on the floor and left the print. Or hot caoutchouc got spilled and something tire-shaped was put on top.
