Just layered a few of my textures. Two of them soon to be uploaded!HIGH RESOLUTION TEXTURE
Two simple rules:
1. No redistribution: don't display it as your own with none or minor alterations.
2. Give credit, so others are able to find the source!
Other than that: Feel free to use it for whatever you want, wherever you want.

There are plenty of ways to use a texture. Use it as a pre-made background for some digital artwork and add different - maybe cut-out - elements to it. Or just as a simple overlay for a photo. Not every texture suits every purpose.
