I'm glad it could be of use to you. The main point in making textures out of a texture is to create something new, not just modify the original one. And I think you created something new in these two textures of yours.

Examples:
My textures are designed not only for portrait backgrounds but also there's usually a kind of creature in them. I don't often make them very obvious but they're there, as for hte links above. I made them just a litlte bit more obvious.

That's right, I am a textures artist.... but what I am supposed to notice or not - I'm sorry - is not for you to judge. Sometimes I see something, sometimes I don't and it's not appropriate to blame me for that, to be quite honest with you.
Also, I am currently re-thinking my rules. I might put up a rule to not allow others to sell their resources if they worked mine in. The reason for that is that I've noticed it's hard to tell whether it's my texture sold with minor alterations or whether my texture is used for a creative new artwork made on an own account.

When I choose to set up the rule (and I think I will in the near future), then all it means is if you make stock with my stock, you just can't sell it, it has to be a free texture then. When I turn around that rule, I wouldn't be comfortable selling something I haven't made entirely from own material. Big exception to that attitude is Sirius-sdz, because he and I are real life partners and make a lot of textures together, we're part of each other's process of making a texture anyway
Nah, I wasn't having a bad day, there's just some things I don't like that much and I'm very bad at hiding that, that's all. Plus, I feel like I need to be honest and clear, always hoping I can communicate what's going on without hurting anyone's feelings. I might come off a little rough sometimes :/
