I was just looking at this piece again and thought of you - I thought you could tease a man out of it - kinda like a discus thrower - one arm up in the air behind him.Β  Hmm, even tease out the shape of a boulder in front of him and call it Sisyphus!Β  Although I can also see the volcano

The best thing about 's textures is that here Sisyphus IS his rock - and his mountain, too.

A kind of a multiple transformation (like a dream: they say every character you see in a dream is, in fact, you the sleeper).

Oh that's a bummer - if every character I've seen in a dream is me then my dreams just became a lot more boring.Β

Mmm I would put it as "me with all the world within me".
I am strongly convinced that what we call "personal development" is a way to gain some room for the others within myself.
And the end point of it is eternity.

Yeah, but - ok, this sounds weird - but every now and again, and not often mind - maybe once a year, or even less - I'll have a dream that is different from the norm and I'll write it down when I wake up because I get a sense that it is significant cos it's too unknown, unrelated to anything I am familiar with, but yet was strong, very clear.

It's usually about people I haven't met at the time of the dream - I get some key descriptors of them and key info pertaining to them, along with several other signifiers for time and place.Β  None of it makes any sense to me at the time, it gets recorded forgotten about.Β  But then it gets rediscovered later, usually at the time when the signifying events are all happening and the descriptors actually make sense because people who match the descriptors are now present - and it is usually more than one person present. Β

But maybe its just my mind being creative. but I tend to take on board the knowledge and guidance the dream delivered to me because it intuitively feels right, and I trust my intuition.

You know, when my artistic preferences change, and when I look back at what I was doing a year or two before, I always can foresee the change, but only after, only when it has occurred.

I think it's more or less what happens to you.
If you imagine yourself as a Great Concept that is dynamically realizing itself step by step, you logically imagine that it can have parts that emerged to the light and some other parts still hidden.
I think every person attracts other persons and events - and they make part of the Great Concept, too - so the parts that are emerging sent a lot of signals: hey, we are coming!
But it's very difficult to see the sense of it all, until it has occurred.

The thing I've found is that it is protective - it's warning me about certain things - like what people's agendas are.Β  It's seems to be helping me sort the wheat from the chaff, guiding me in the right direction.Β  My best friend has dreams like this too.Β  I remember years ago she told me she had a dream in which I turned up and told her I was buzzing all around the world while I was dreaming, then off I went to explore

Funny thing was, that was exactly I was doing in my dreams.Β  We've got one of those friendships where we think of the other for the first time in months and then the phone will ring and there they are.Β  Just recently, had that.Β  I had actually missed a call from her, but thought about her on the particular day she had tried to call.

Ah!
Really great.
A friend of mine had at least two very exact dreams concerning her future when she was in search of a soulmate via internet.
They needed a bit of decrypting but it was quite easy - showing the exit of the two possible relationships.
Great intuition.

Yes - there have been two dreams - one in 2010 and then one in August this year.Β  Five different people referenced - basically showed exits or no gos for four, but a thumbs up for one.Β  The dream identified him as my partner and devoted.Β  There is a chap that fits with his descriptors that I've met and I like, but it seems like there are so many practical obstacles to actually physically getting together that how could it be them?Β  Maybe it will be someone different who fits the same descriptors?Β  I dunno.Β  I'm cautious in terms of how much faith I put in this stuff - can become self fulfilling prophecies, you know?Β  But it makes me more inclined to take a chance on letting my defences down in this instance.

Ah, very interesting.
There's one thing I know for sure: intuition can fail as anything else.

In my friend's case, it was more simple: a choice between Nice-but-Naughty (and Not Loving Her) and Boring-but-Faithful. She would still prefer the first, but the events made this impossible (she is very happy with the second one now).

My friend did not follow the dream, she followed her wishes and her plans - but the dream fulfilled against her will and she is quite happy about it.

Oh cool.Β  Well, I don't know how much stock I should put in any of it.Β  I beginning to think I spend more time seeing what I want to see, getting carried away with my imagination, than what is actually there.Β  Probably mostly my own fault because I don't engage in direct communication often enough.Β  Or maybe I just like the creative process of the way I think, but perhaps not always the best for connecting with others - I dunno.

Oh yeah - and I developed a thing for him before I recalled the dream and didn't know he fit the descriptors.Β  I just felt a natural pull.Β  I think he might feel it too, but not sure - there's been nothing said straight out.

Hmm, there is an Antarctic volcano as far as I remember - but yours is a volcano throwing up snow, a lot of the most pure snow from the bowels of earth.
Highly unreal.
