8x10 watercolor paintingWHOO. I like this one, though it took a hell of a long time on that dress. It was insprired by a fallen leaf I picked up.
This painting has been made into beautiful resin jewelry boxes. I don't have them on my site yet though.

Ooh, I love this one! The colors and the leaf motif throughout are just stunning. What REALLY stands out (for me) is how you very cleverly incorporated Gothic architecture and the maple leaf shape into the window frame! CLEVER blending of art and architecture, two of my loves. Thank you for this!

I'm muchly admiring your ability to make straight outlines for your architectural bits. How are you doing the outlines? Pen? Painted? Ink? With a ruler or no? Or just loads of practice?

The outlines are inked. I use a rule when I'm drawing it out in pencil but have to ink freehand so I don't smear the ink. The pencil is a lot messier before I put the ink on

Gorgeous colours and composition. There is something a bit odd with her bent knee anatomy wise, the thigh should be a bit thicker than that. Otherwise no crits. it s beautiful
