Description How would you like a little garden helper? He'll make sure your seeds germinate or else!

Inspired by my trying to grow seeds all winter and having a lot not come up. Turns out sometimes you need to freeze them to trick them into thinking its been winter, or maybe just get a dalek to scream at them.
