Description This a redrawing of a picture I drew in 2009, when I first started drawing. I don't know if it's really any better, or if it's just different. I do know I managed to get the shades right for the mountains this time though. lol

I'm also going to enter it into a contest so you'll probably see two posts of this...

Wow, what a fantastic artist! I'd never heard of him before. I love his floating islands. To be compared, even if in concept only, is such a great compliment! Thank you so much

but, in my opinion, mountains on 2009 image (original drawing mix) looks awesome and more atmospheric than these

Perhaps so, I must admit I like the way I drew them better, but I got the shading wrong. The distant mountains should have been lighter, and the nearer mountains darker..
